The head cook assists other cook in the preparation and distribution of food according to DPI requirements. Orders supplies and maintains records for food requisitions, and completes all DPI records. Maintains a neat and orderly kitchen with the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and security. Supervises and assists with the daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment, and the washing and sterilizing of all dishes and utensils. Complies with all Federal, state and local laws and regulations for the maintenance, repair and operation of equipment and machines [OSHA]. Other duties as assigned by the school principal.
