St. Patrick’s in Mauston is looking for a part time kitchen aide M-F 8:30-1:30. This person must be a team player, willing to work in the fast paced kitchen environment.

Requirements:

-DPI certification or willing to attain

 

Job Description:

Reports to: Head cook

Principal Tasks:

  • Assists with food preparation and serving
  • Assists with daily food production and other records as required by DPI
  • Assists with proper storage of food
  • Assists with maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and lunchroom
  • Perform daily duties including: 
    • Fill napkin dispensers
    • Fill condiment containers
    • Assist with temping all hot foods on serving line and record as necessary
    • Assist with maintaining temperature records on refrigeration and dishwasher
    • Assist with lunchroom table set-up as needed
    • Wash dishes and trays
    • Wipe down all countertops with appropriate cleaners
    • Check to make sure all equipment is off and secure before leaving
    • Empty garbage cans and re-line for following day
    • Additional duties as directed by Head Cook
    • Set-up salad bar (weighs going out & coming back after serving)
