St. Francis Catholic School, Ellsworth, WI, is looking for a Principal to lead teachers and staff in advancing Catholic values and forming young minds in religious faith and academics while fostering academic skills for future learning.
St. Francis Parish and St. Francis School are located approximately 65 miles west of Eau Claire, WI, and 45 miles southwest of St. Paul, MN. The school is PreK – 5th grade with 15 staff members and 73 total students, both Catholic and non-Catholic.
Candidates must be practicing Catholics willing to advance a Catholic vision of education through strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Candidates need knowledge of current curriculum and standards and have an enthusiasm for education.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience, a Master’s degree in administration and a current administrative license from the State of Wisconsin (or qualify to earn a Wisconsin administrative license).
The St. Francis Catholic School principal is responsible to the Parish Pastor and the Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of La Crosse. In addition to day-to-day administrative tasks, the school principal will collaborate with the Parish Pastor in developing and executing a Catholic educational vison for the school with emphasis on academics, development, marketing, and school growth.
