Position: Full-Time High School Spanish Teacher
Position summary:
McDonell Area Catholic Schools are seeking educators who are passionate about guiding students on their path to greater spiritual and emotional growth while helping them to achieve academic success through best educational practices and the use of current technology. Candidates need to be comfortable with working as a part of a whole-school instructional team, that together reviews student achievement data as a means to improve the school’s success. Applicants will be chosen based on their ability to work closely and communicate successfully with individual students; on the degree of their subject matter expertise; and on the breadth and flexibility of their instructional strategies.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Wisconsin teaching license with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish as a minor or major
- Candidates without a teaching license will be considered under Wisconsin’s post baccalaureate alternative licensure path
- Knowledge about the Spanish language and culture
