Employment type: Full-time. Hourly.
Hours: 8-hour shift.

Reports to: Head of Maintenance/Custodian
Job Purpose: To perform regular janitorial upkeep of the church, school, and unoccupied house/meeting space.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of materials and methods used in general
- Working knowledge of occupational hazards and safe work
- Ability to understand and effectively carry out oral and written
- Ability to work without direct
- Ability to lift 50
- Flexibility to work 2nd shift during the school year and 1st shift during the summer months and school
Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to, the following:
- Clean, sanitize and polish bathroom fixtures
- Clean sinks and wipe down countertops
- Empty trash containers, insert liners, spot clean and sanitize daily
- Spot clean all walls, doors, and partitions
- Refill all dispensers
- Dust all horizontal surfaces including sills, moldings, ledges, shelves, frames, ducts, and heating outlets
- Sweep, damp mop and sanitize hard floor daily
- Damp clean and sanitize tabletops, seats and backs of chairs daily
- Clean and disinfect all desks, chairs, doorknobs, and chair backs
- Monitor custodial equipment supply needs and submit to supervisor
- Lawn care
- Any other tasks as assigned
