Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management, employee relations, and talent acquisition, along with excellent communication skills to foster a positive workplace environment.
Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and other employment laws.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Support change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain HRIS systems for accurate data entry and reporting on workforce management metrics.
- Collaborate with management on organization design to align HR practices with business goals.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing conflict management support as needed.
- Assist in affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation requirements.
- Utilize various HR technologies such as Skyward, ADP, WECAN. Indeed, and others for efficient HR operations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies and employee evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies related to HR initiatives.
- Experience in benefits administration and workforce management processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of data collection methods for HR analytics and reporting.
- Administrative experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, or Ceridian is preferred.

Pay: $48,000.00 – $51,000.00 per year
