St. Adalbert Catholic School, Rosholt, WI, is seeking a principal for the 2024-25 school year. The PK-8 school of approximately 35 students is WRISA accredited and has a dedicated faculty and staff. St. Adalbert School has been serving students and families for over 125 years. We offer a faith-based curriculum in a family setting with small class sizes and individual attention for each student. St. Adalbert School seeks a passionate and innovative leader to continue and strengthen our tradition of fine Catholic education.

Responsibilities include:

  • promoting Catholic identity and values, and a safe environment within the building

  • promoting a safe Catholic environment where students experience the Gospel message

  • aranges systemic procedures for continual assessment of the religious academic, cultural, social, physical and emotional growth of students

  • prepares a budget consistent with long-and-short range goals of the education program

  • maintains an inventory of all equipment, supplies and materials for instruction

  • supervises the operation of the school plant in accordance with federal and state laws, fire regulations and local building code

The successful candidate should possess dynamic leadership skills, demonstrate excellent communication skills, display knowledge of curriculum and instruction, have experience leading faculty to continuously improve student learning, be a practicing Catholic in good standing and hold a master’s degree in Educational Administration or is working toward it. A minimum of five years of successful teaching experience is preferred. Prior, successful administrative experience, preferably in a Catholic school, is desirable but not required.
