LETTERS OF SUITABILITY
Diocese of La Crosse Clergy
When a Diocese of La Crosse priest will be providing priestly ministry outside the Diocese of La Crosse, a Letter of Suitability is required prior to arrival.
The letter is generally sent to the Chancery Office of the Diocese where they will be providing ministry as well as a copy sent to the parish/institution itself. These letters are postal mailed, so advanced notice is required. Letters can be provided up to 6 months in advance of their requested date(s).
To submit a request for a Letter of Suitability please choose only one of the following options:

INCOMING LETTERS OF SUITABILITY
Clergy visiting to the Diocese of La Crosse are required to provide a Letter of Suitability prior to their arrival. Incoming Letters of Suitability can be sent to:
