The SEALED! Retreat is designed to help young people take a step deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Throughout the day, participants will be invited to move beyond simply knowing about Jesus and begin recognizing how He is present and speaking in their own lives.
The retreat will focus especially on helping young people:
- Encounter Jesus personally and grow deeper in their relationship with Him.
- Learn to listen for the ways Jesus speaks to them through prayer, Scripture, the Sacraments, other people, and the movements of their hearts.
- Discover their place in the Church and understand that they are not simply the future of the Church, they are a vital part of the Church right now.
- Recognize their God-given gifts and see that God has created each of them with a unique purpose. Their gifts, personalities, experiences, and voices are needed in the Church and in our world today.
Our hope is that students leave SEALED! knowing something deeply important: Jesus knows them, Jesus desires a relationship with them, and He has a purpose for their lives.
