Billings Ovulation Method

BILLINGS

Billings Ovulation Method® (BOM) teaches women to make daily observations of her sensation of cervical fluid (mucus) and its appearance to chart her patterns of fertility and infertility.  Billings instructors teach four simple rules to be used throughout a women’s cycle (three prior to peak day – ovulation and the fourth rule after peak day). By understanding when she is fertile/infertile, couples can use these rules to effectively avoid or achieve pregnancy. Women should attend classes or receive instruction from a certified instructor to ensure method effectiveness for achieving or postponing pregnancy.
