The Creighton Model Fertility Care System
The Creighton Model FertilityCare System is a standardized charting program which can be used for Natural Family Planning. With this method, a woman observes her cervical fluid and other biological markers and records this information on her chart at the end of each day.
In addition to Natural Family Planning, the Creighton Model FertilityCare System features NaProTECHNOLOGY (natural procreative technologies), which is a medical model implemented by trained specialty physicians used to monitor, evaluate, and treat a variety of reproductive and gynecological conditions including, but not limited to, PMS, ovarian cysts, irregular cycles, PCOS, hormonal abnormalities, endometriosis, and infertility. Due to this, the method is highly recommended for women with gynecological issues.

Marriage Prep Requirement Cost: $300 (Includes: Introductory session, materials, and follow-ups 1-5)

CLASS/INSTRUCTION FORMAT
A certified teacher will meet with you in person or online to train and show you a PowerPoint presentation that reviews the Creighton Model of Fertility, including the basic science behind it, how to chart your patterns of fertility and infertility, and designated instructions and observations. At that point, you will begin your own chart and two weeks later will meet with the teacher either in person or remotely to review your charting so far. Most couples will meet with a teacher for total of 8 follow-ups to gain confidence and to ensure accuracy.
****The marriage prep requirement for the Diocese of LaCrosse is to attend the introductory session and 5 follow ups, spanning 3 months. Though this fulfills the marriage prep requirement, it is highly encouraged that the couple complete the final 3 follow-ups with an additional fee provided by your FertiltyCare Practitioner.
