The FEMM Method is a sympto-hormonal method of fertility awareness that monitors both cervical mucus as well as your LH hormone via urine testing. Users learn to chart those biomarkers and learn how their hormones impact their overall health.

$195 (includes all instruction sessions, paper and app charting materials, and four follow ups. NOTE: does not include test strips, those are separate purchase.)

CLASS/INSTRUCTION FORMAT
A Certified FEMM educator meets with you in person or virtually. The teaching portion of classes are slides for instruction with charting exercises and discussion built into the slides. Charting begins after session one, but for full method competency, there are three full instruction sessions and four follow-ups approximately once per month.
